When Israel left Egypt they became a new society in a sense. But to have a society work well together and live under Gods ways you have to have rules and leaders that live them. The book of Leviticus is talking about that. It also laid a healthy foundation for the people that were exposed and shaped by not the not most godly things in Egypt. Be inspired by it!
Hi our friend
How was your week?
Jen and i had a good one here in SF. This week we had another one of our virtual dinners and it was such a wonderful time for everyone. We all felt encouraged through the wonderful conversation and time with each other. We also started to plan a love your neighbor workshop with a chinese church in the bay area for June a time after our son arrived! Its exciting to see how God is really inspiring people in more and more places to love their neighbor than ever before. We also want to encourage you to keep loving your neighbor where you are!!!
Also here is a question to ponder on for this weeks bible book Leviticus. How do you see in our society things that are not really following Gods heart and how can you bring change by living in his truth? Let God speak to you how you can influence for the good.
God bless you
Markus and Jen
Our story today is about Mose and how he found extra strength with the help of others. Be encouraged!
Today we want to give a little intro and overview of the book of Exodus. Be inspired and encouraged!!
Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a greater understanding of the bible and the context of things? Wouldn’t it even be better if you would have read through the whole book? Join us for the next 29 months to do that. Every month we will look at a book from the old and from the new testament with a time of 2 weeks in between to read it. I will post a video on it with different things about the book so you have some idea what it’s about before you start reading. Then you will read the book with someone you know (it doesn’t have to be at the same time or the same place) so you can share with each other what stuck out to you. This can be done via WhatsApp group or how ever, you want to connect. WE will start next week!
