I give thanks to Adonai with all my heart
I will tell about all your wonderful deeds
I will be glad and exult in you
I will sing praises to your name Elyon.
Psalm 9. 1-2

Recently I was reading Psalm 9 and I love especially the beginning part. David shows us here the right outlook and perspective. In the moment he thanks God for things he did in his life and then also tells about his wonderful deeds his outlook is changing. It is moving away from maybe an outlook or perspective of fear or something else he is facing to God who has all the answers. While writing most of the Psalms David is going through some challenges in life. But instead of just looking what he can see with his eyes, he is looking at the things he cannot see. He is speaking courage to himself by reminding himself that he is on the side of the Most High!

So outlook is very important. Whatever hard time you might face in life it’s important that you are not just looking at the things you can see but choose to thank God and remind yourself of the amazing things he did in your life and the life of others. You can watch how your courage is rising and your perspective will shift. Your focus falls more on God and your relationship with him and not so much on the issue. And in that moment God can then give you courage to face whatever you need to face.

So the great thing is when you tell neighbors about the wonderful deeds of God in your life that opens up conversation and gives opportunity to share the good news. So start to give him thanks right now and start talking about the wonderful deeds!!

We hope your week was wonderful!! We had our quarterly meeting with bay area ministries which was encouraging. It really helps when you spend time with others and hear their victories and struggles. That is why God always meant for us to be in a community. Even from our first day on earth he placed us in our family community. Let’s bring our neighbors into a loving community and let them see how God can move through it!! On that note we also had our wonderful neighbor brunch which was super encouraging. We love everyone who comes and they all became a community to us and to each other. So it makes a difference!!

So don’t forget starting today to thank God for the community you have or the one He wants to build through you and build up your courage!!

Dir Herr will ich von ganzem Herzen danken
von all deinen wunderbaren Taten will ich erzählen.

Psalm 9.2-3

Vor kurzem las ich Psalm 9 und der Anfang ist einfach super! David zeigt uns hier die richtige Blick Richtung und Perspektive. In dem Moment dankt er Gott für die Dinge die er in seinem Leben getan hat und erzählt von all den wunderbaren Taten Gottes und sein Blickwinkel ändert sich. Er bewegt sich dadurch weg von einer Perspektive der Angst oder vielleicht Problemen die in bewegen zu Gott der all die Antworten hat. David hat die meisten seiner Psalmen in Zeiten der Herausforderung geschrieben. Aber anstatt nur auf das zu schauen was er mit seinen Augen sehen kann, beschließt er auf den zu schauen den er nicht mit den Augen sieht. Er ermutigt sich selber indem er sich daran erinnert dass er auf der Seite des Allmächtigen steht!

Die Blickrichtung ist sehr wichtig. Was auch immer du in deinem Leben angehst oder gegen dich steht, vergiss nicht auf den zu schauen den du nicht direkt siehst und danke ihm und erinnere dich selber daran wie wunderbar er in deinem Leben als auch im Leben von anderen gewirkt hat! Du kannst dann sehen wie dein Mut wächst und deine Perspektive sich verändert. Dein Fokus liegt dann mehr auf Gott und deine Beziehung mit ihm und nicht so stark aufs Problem. Und in diesem Moment kann dir Gott dann Mut geben alles anzugehen was gegen dich kommt.

Das geniale ist, das wenn du deinen Nachbarn von den großartigen Dingen berichtest die Gott tut, öffnet dies die Tür für Gespräche und gibt die Möglichkeit mehr über die gute Nachricht zu reden. Fang gleich an ihm zu danken und sprich über seine wunderbaren Taten!

Hallo unser Freund/in

Wir hoffe das deine Woche toll war!! Wir hatten unser vierteljährliches Meeting von allen bay Area YWAM Arbeiten. Die Zeit war ermutigend da wir von den Siegen und Problemen von anderen hören konnten und uns dann gegenseitig ermutigen konnten. Dies ist sicher ein Grund wieso Gott  möchte das wir eine Gemeinschaft haben. Seit unserem ersten Tag auf dieser Erde hat er uns gleich in unsere erste Gemeinschaft gesetzt, unser Familie. Lasst uns unsere Nachbarn in eine liebende Gemeinschaft bringen und lasst uns sehen wie Gott dadurch wirken kann!! Und natürlich gibt es auch wunderbare Wege dafür wie bei uns z.B. unser Nachbar Brunch letzten Samstag. Wir haben dadurch Gemeinschaft für uns gefunden aber auch anderen Gemeinschaft miteinander eröffnet. Es macht einen Unterschied!!

Vergiss nicht Gott täglich zu danken für deine Gemeinschaft oder die die er durch dich aufbauen möchte. Und lass dir von Ihm Mut schenken!!
