A journey through the bible the book of Lamentations

This month we are in the book of Lamentations. After Israel was taken into captivity by the Babylonians, there was a big time of mourning and grief. The book of Lamentations expresses what is going on and the feelings through poetic writing. May it speak to you through reading it.

Hi our friend

We hope you had a wonderful week. We had a wonderful time in Germany. It was so good seeing family and connect with friends and supporters after 3 years. In our time we got encouraged by our church and got to encourage them at an information night, shared with a confirmation group, got to go to a theme park with our whole family and got to eat lots of really good German food which was wonderful. We are so thankful for this time. After we got back we started to catch up on things and also had our monthly love your neighbor conversation meetup.

Also ask yourself this week What spoke to you out of Lamentations and in what area did you feel challenged to grow?

God bless you

A journey through the bible the book of Jeremiah

This time we are meeting another prophet, the prophet Jeremiah. It’s amazing to see how he shared the message God put on his heart no matter what. He followed God 100%. Be inspired by him when you read through his book!!

Hi our friend

How are you?

We hope you had a great week. We are still in Germany until September 28th and therefore there is no update from our week here but you will still find a new topic here every week!! Check back every week and be encouraged and challenged!!!

Ask yourself this question: What message did God give you to share through your life and what challenges did you have to overcome for it?

God bless you

A journey through the bible the book of Revelation

Revelation is a book that is hard to understand since it is all vision into the future like the book of Daniel. When you read it let Holy spirit speak to you and encourage you through it!!

Hi our friend

How was your week?

We had a good week here in San Francisco! One of the highlights was our small group which was encouraging as usual. We meet up twice a month in a local park eat together, encourage each other, read a book in the bible together and pray for each other. It’s such a wonderful time of community. We also got ready for our trip to Germany which we will be leaving for on the 6th. We will be in Germany till the 28th so in that time there won’t be a update about our week, but you will still find our weekly topics here! So make sure to come by every week to be encouraged and challenged!!

Spend some time this week to read through the book of Revelation, and when you do let God speak to you through it!!

God bless you

A journey through the bible the book of Isaiah

This week we are meeting a prophet on our journey, the prophet Isaiah. God often send prophets to encourage his children to change and to come back to him, but also to share the consequences with them if not. God’s heart is always for redemption and it is so beautiful seen in this book. Be encouraged.

Hi our friend

Spend some time time this week thinking about the things in Isaiah that spoke to you while reading it!

Hi our friend

How was your week?

We had a wonderful week in San Francisco. Our highlight so was our first Love your neighbor conversation meetup and it was wonderful! The participants were giving good feedback and it was a good first time. We are excited to see how God will use this time of conversation and questions to encourage and equip people in loving their neighbor. Join us in one of the future ones! The next one is august 26th at 5pm PST.

Spend some time this week and read the book of Jude and think about how it applies into today’s time!

God bless you
