First of all we want to wish you a blessed and happy New Year. We wish you a new year where you will draw closer to the One who loves you the most, or where you will get to know Him for the first time or reconnect with him.

Our week here was full of people between a family new years day celebration, meeting with families in park, brunch and church. What a great way to start into the new year and start it with wonderful deep conversations. Make it one of your goals to regularly connect with your neighbors around you this year.

A question at the end related to the video: Pray and ask God what resolution you should set for this year. After you know, set measurable goals to achieve it.

Wir wünschen dir ein gesegnetes und glückliches neues Jahr. Wir wünschen dir ein neues Jahr, in dem du demjenigen noch näher kommst, der dich am meisten liebt oder ihn zum ersten mal oder neu kennen lernst.

Unsere Woche hier war eine Woche voller Menschen, mit einer Neujahrsfeier mit Familien, Treffen mit Familien im Park, Brunch und Kirche. Was für eine toller Weg das neue Jahr zu beginnen und es auch mit wunderbaren tiefgründigen Gesprächen zu beginnen. Setze dir dieses Jahr als eines deiner Ziele regelmäßig mit Nachbarn in Kontakt zu kommen.

We hope you had a wonderful Christmas week!

We had a great Christmas week here in San Francisco. For Christmas day, we filled the table with neighbor friends and baked a turkey with various side dishes. The guests also brought side dishes and desserts. After everyone was nicely stuffed from the meal, we showed the short film The Shepards from the series The Chosen, which tells the Christmas story from the perspective of the shepherds. It was great. How was your Christmas?

One last thing at the end related to the video: We want to encourage you to test everything that you let into your life with the word of god and if it aligns with things god was already speaking and highlighting to you.

We would also like to use this opportunity to wish you a super blessed start to 2025 and look forward with you to the things that God has for you in the new year!

Hallo unser Freund

Wir hatten eine tolle Weihnachtswoche hier in San Francisco. Für den 1. Feiertag füllten wir den Tisch mit Nachbar Freunden und backten einen Truthahn mit verschiedenen Beilagen. Die Gäste brachten auch noch Beilagen und Nachtische mit. Also wir alle vom essen satt waren, zeigten wir den Kurzfilm The Shepards von der Serie The Chosen der die Weihnachtsgeschichte aus der Perspektive der Hirten erzählt. Es war super. Wie war dein Weihnachtsfest?

Mit dem Video möchten wir dich dazu ermutigen, alles was du in dein Leben lässt, anhand der Bibel Gottes Wort zu prüfen, und zu prüfen ob es mit den Dingen übereinstimmt die Gott dir bereits gesagt und deutlich gemacht hat.

Wir wollen dir auf diesem Weg auch einen super gesegneten Start ins Jahr 2025 wünschen und freuen uns mit dir darauf auf die Dinge die Gott im neuen Jahr für dich hat!

We hope you had a wonderful Christmas week!

“Your card and the brownies brought us so much joy for this pre-Christmas season. Thank you so much,” said one of our neighbors. Every year in December, we bake about 100 brownies and include a Christmas card with an encouraging message. We then give them to all our neighbor friends on our hill. We just did that last week and saw all the smiles it brought, especially when Caleb wished everyone a merry Christmas. It’s a simple action that brings a lot of joy to us and many others. Baking 100 brownies is a lot, but how about baking something for your 4 or 5 neighbors who live directly next to you and writing an encouraging card? In this way, you can bring a lot of encouragement to your neighborhood in a simple way.

One last question at the end related to the video: Who does God send you to as a messenger to bring his good news?

Hallo unser Freund

Wir hoffen das deine Weihnachtswoche super war!

„Eure Karte und das Brownie haben uns soviel Freude gebracht für diese Vorweihnachtszeit. Vielen vielen Dank“, sagte einer unserer Nachbarn. Jedes Jahr im Dezember backen wir etwa 100 Brownies und haben eine Weihnachtskarte von uns mit einer ermutigenden Nachricht. Diese geben wir dann all unseren Nachbar Freunden auf unserem Berg. Und genau das haben wir letzte Woche getan und es war so super zu sehen wieviel laecheln dies auf viele Gesichter gebracht hat speziell wenn Caleb ihnen frohe Weihnachten gewuenscht hat. Eine einfache Aktion die viel Freude zu uns und vielen anderen bringt. 100 Brownies sind viel zu backen, aber wie wäre es wenn du vielleicht für deine 4 oder 5 Nachbarn die direkt neben dir wohnen etwas backst und eine ermutigende Karte schreibst? Du kannst dadurch viel Ermutigung auf eine einfache Weise in deiner Wohngegend bringen.
